SPANISH LANGUAGE TRANSPORT PLANNER – FREIGHT FORWARDING
We are currently working with an International Logistics Organisation who has a position available in their Northampton based depot for a Spanish speaking Transport Operator.

The role will be to liaise with Hauliers, internal and external customers in fluent Spanish and English regarding their Transportation requirements. Arranging the Delivery and Collection of Roadfreight for Distribution throughout Europe, Tracing and Tracking Freight and advising of estimated delivery dates/times etc, taking enquiries, making bookings and resolving any customer service issues.
Previous experience of working in Transport, Logistics, Distribution would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate their fluency of both Spanish and English Language, possesses excellent communication and Customer Service skills, be IT Literate and have the ability to learn new skills quickly, work under pressure and to tight deadlines with attention to details.

For this role it essential all applicants speak fluent Spanish/English Language and knowledge of Transport operations is desirable, though full Transport Operations training will be given to the successful candidate.
