We are seeking to recruit an experienced or qualified/part-qualified Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Logistics organisation with vision and an admirable ethos.
Working in a High Revenue Low Margin industry sector, this role requires an articulate candidate who is able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively across all levels. The role will require close interaction with operational
managers and departments and is working in a fast paced environment.
The role responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting costs, analysing, identifying financial trends in the production of annual monthly/weekly management reports, and compilation of monthly/weekly Revenue margin figures. In the production of reports, recommendations for business
improvement strategies will need to be made by liaising with departmental managers and analysing financial report data.
Previous experience of working within the Logistics industry or a fast paced, high revenue low margin industry is highly desirable for this role along with Management Accounts hands on experience. Own transport is essential as there will be frequent visits to other business sites across the UK.
