Our Client is a well respected International company in the world of shipping. They are currently seeking to recruit an Export Documentation Manager for their Liverpool office.

Duties:

Ensure Customer First principles are maintained and developed on at every level within the department
Plan and implement export strategy activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organisation both at HO and local level.
Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities;
Liaise with HO other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant relationships, as well as supporting the organisation’s strategic and overall operating functions.
Maintain through knowledge of services as well as government rules and regulations.
Manage and action all export supplier and port invoices
Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long standing problems that have been referred to you.
Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for your department.
The successful candidate must have strong managerial experience, have excellent time management skills, be articulate and planning and have excellent organisational skills.
