Roadfreight Customer Service Clerk required to join busy professional team
Ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 - 2 years knowledge within Roadfreight
Customer Services and be confident in day to day operational duties as below:
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
Track and trace files and reporting
Use export workflow on daily basis
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary is between GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 depending on experience
