LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK – IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.

LATE SHIFT TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Working a 2.00pm – 10.00pm shift, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
£18,000 TO £20,000 PER ANNUM
Our client is seeking to a recruit a LATE SHIFT TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to work on a permanent 2pm – 10pm shift at their Warehouse and Transport facility based in Nuneaton (CV11).
The role will require a candidate who has gained experience of working in a Transport or Warehousing environment and possesses excellent administration and communication skills.
Working closely with the Team leader, the LATE SHIFT TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR will be required to ensure;
This position requires a candidate who is hard working with strong administration skills and who can commit to working a permanent late shift 2pm – 10pm. Previous experience of working in a Transport Admin or warehouse administrational capacity would be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to have a 5 year checkable history and clean criminal record to comply with the required security checks for the DfT and CAA.
