We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.

An immediate opening has become available for a FREIGHT & LOGISTICS DATA ADMINISTRATOR to work for a large Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organization based in Aston, Birmingham. This role initially be a home-based role due to the pandemic.
The role is offering an immediate start and requires a candidate who has ideally worked previously in International Freight, Shipping or Logistics and been involved with, or responsible for Data Analysing, Data Entry and Administration.
The role will be utilizing Excel Spreadsheets, including creating formulas, VLOOKUPS & pivot tables etc.

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent attention to detail skills and abilities, to be comfortable handling high volumes of numbers, and costing shipments of high revenues, be IT savvy and conversant in Microsoft Excel.
