Managing and organizing work efforts to exceed sales plan as developed in conjunction with local management. Achieving sales goals through hands-on market planning, personal sales
execution and development of business relationships with key customers, new business and retention. Maintaining constant familiarization of product offerings and developments.
Researching and maintaining current information regarding; competitive information, top customers and their requirements and specific solutions offered to customers.
You will be in the front line selling high portfolio of services and closing business.

The ideal candidate should have both Import & Export sales experience. A demonstrated ability to self-manage and motivate is critical. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Professional attitude, attire and be able to accept and exemplify organizations unique culture. Organised, structured and excellent time management. Reporting directly to the International Sales Director of the Group.

Removals organisation just outside of Glasgow are looking for customer service advisors to respond to potential customers enquiries and guide them through our customer experience journey, ensuring full understanding of their needs and wants and matching this to our service offering.


Responsibilities:
Answering incoming enquiries from all channels commercially reviewing them and action appropriately.
All enquiries/quotations to be recorded on company system.
Identification of customer buying criteria.
Collating factors such as move date, insurance value, competition and
customer confidence in brand etc.
Insurance sales and uplifts.
Introduce affiliate revenue streams.
Ensure customer information is communicated to Sales team.
Follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records

Experience:
Strong customer service experience
