Duties will include being part of a team Collecting and Delivering Fine Arts and Antiques throughout London, Home Counties and the UK.
Candidates must be presentable as you will be required to enter residential addresses

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive enquiries from current and prospective clients in an efficient manner, providing information as required, and liaise with clients fully throughout the move.

This role will be focused on assisting the Department with Private European & Deepsea Group enquiries, reporting to the International Manager. The candidate will work as part of a team of the International team based at Surbiton HQ, to ensure prompt action is taken on all enquiries.
Duties to include:
Booking/scheduling of surveys, submission of and following up quotes, issuing instruction sheets and assigning bookings to carriers and making sure the client has a positive Bishops experience. To effectively assist in servicing all Private European & Deepsea Group enquiries on a door to door basis, through client contact and use of evolving systems. Working in partnership with European and Overseas agents and shipping lines.

To conduct surveys at customer residences accurately, professionally and with knowledge of the agent/account and shipper requirements
To provide customer service excellence
To survey moves in UK locations as situations demand taking best possible notice of geographical difficulties
To cover quality and site visits when necessary
Office based at least 2 times per week for updates and information sharing
RESPONSIBILITIES
To present accurate and detailed survey reports to allow complete costing and service evaluation by staff and to be within 10% accuracy
To present relevant information and documents/packs to shipper at time of survey as required
To be knowledgeable in customs, allowances and packing requirements in front of the customer
To report on survey findings and any information relative to moves immediately
To represent the company and its agencies in a positive and professional manner
