Running the Courier Operation
Maintaining the warehouse
Controlling all incoming parcels.
Controlling all outgoing parcels
Working with a team of part time people in afternoon / evening
Working on operational systems - Metafour and DA
Knowledge of courier industry
Driving licence (would be an advantage)
Working on own initiative
Bringing new ideas to the business to improve the operation
The role has progression as the company grows.

Customer Relationship Manager required to join this leading Courier agent
Manage and monitor Key account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.

To work collaboratively with Operations and Sales

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Run daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of live shipments.
Complete and send client reports/KPIs /QBR and Investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
Attend off site client meetings.
Provide shipment specific updates where required.
Escalate all client issues to the management team and applicable Business Development account Manager.
Customs Invoice / Shipping approvals.
Monitor / Assist with live bookings / collection orders.
Understand client tariffs and handle quotations / pricing requests / shipping queries.

Role - Daily supporting the Global Inventory Manager.
Ensuring the business has adequate inventory supplies available globally to meet local client demands.
Co-ordinate the reverse logistics.
Management of obsolete inventory
Monitor and control the stock levels of packaging and assets at all Global Warehouse locations.
