We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.

We are seeking a European Road Freight Supervisor to oversee our European Road Freight team and being actively involved all aspect of Import and/or Export European Roadfreight movements.
Reporting to the European Manager the role will require flexibility and include supervising the team on a day-to-day basis; whilst overseeing all administrational aspects of our European operation.
We are seeking a candidate who performs well under pressure and who offers excellent organisational, operational and communication skills. A high level of attention to details is required as well as confident data entry skills.
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience and proven ability within European Road Freight. It is essential to have a good understanding of customs clearance processes for both European Export and Import. Having excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to work well with Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
This position is to start initially as a Temporary position for circa 4 months, this will be under review constantly and could be extended.
