Due to business expansion, volume and growth, a position for an Air Cargo Agent has been created. This is a temp to perm contract with an immediate start for the successful applicant!!
Overall
Manage the driver's reception.
Process inbound and outbound flights.
Completion of import and export documentation.
Report on discrepancies and damage.
Resolve service issues for customers.
Build relationships and liaise with their customers.
Deal with customer queries by phone and email.
Understanding Customers requirements and meeting deadlines.
Skills/Requirements:
Previous experience in below would be considered great advantage:
Cargo Airline or Freight Forwarding or Air Express Logistics or Manufacturing or Imports or Exports operations and customer services.
Attention to detail.
Administrative and organizational skills.
Adaptable and keen to learn new systems.
Able to work effectively within a team demonstrate dependability.
5-year full working history and eligibility to work in the UK for referencing and Criminal Record Checks (CRC) vetting.
Additional Info:
Due the nature of the business, you will be contracted to different shifts, it is 24 hour/7 day operation and flexibility is necessary in addition to meet the needs of the entire operation
