We are working with an established forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for an Air Export Coordinator.
Working Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
Role Involves:
· Inputting shipment data to relevant systems ensuring the information is distributed to all relevant parties and the status is kept updated whilst always maintaining accuracy.
· Managing freight bookings and booking optimisation.
· Arranging shipments overseas and onward forwarding requirements in collaboration with any service partners and internal colleagues.
· Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, colleagues, and 3rd parties.
Experience:
· Previous Air Export experience.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, word.
· Good communication skills.
Salary depends on experience. Plus, excellent benefits.
