We are looking for a driven Airfreight Business Development Manager to join an established Freight Forwarder.
Please note:
- If you have a Freight Operations background and are looking to move into Sales you may be considered
- If you have great Sales experience in another industry and willing to learn a new industry you may also be considered
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Create Custom from your pipeline
- Meet clients face to face, over the phone / Teams
- Build/develop relationships with clients
- Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet/exceed these
What you will need to be successful:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Decision-making skills
- Initiative and the confidence to start from scratch

Generous Commission structure
Car allowance: cGBP560 per month
