To qualify please ensure that the below is on your offer list;
Minimum 6-12months Airfreight or Freight Exports experience is a must.
Good knowledge of Air Freight process, including Rating, Cross Trade.
Excellent Customer Services.
Results driven and good attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills and good in building relationships.
Able to use own initiative.
The job entails;
Develop relationships with customers internal/external)
Liaise with overseas offices on freight planning and coordination
Maintain mandatory milestones through the Company's Freight Forwarding system
Use Company systems to create, manage and maintain the movement of freight
Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
Adhere to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation
Permanent position with an immediate start for teh succesful applicant; Monday to Friday 0900-1730 and more to advise at interview stage.Excellence, simply apply!
