for a well-respected Freight forwarding company who does things differently.
a hunter type salesperson (Sea and Air freight knowledge minimum 1 year) Business Development manager.
Remote Working - visit local office once or twice per month.
The Role - Business Development Manager
Generate new business for the company with exciting prospects
Focusing on Ocean 50% and Air 50%
Research, identify and visit clients to win business * our client wants their sales team only visiting business they can convert *no wasted journeys
Character is important, we strive to do well, and we do work by the moto work hard play hard
Qualities Required - Business Development Manager
Possess Industry/Shipping new business experience.
Wants to be part of a team and can have banter
Interpersonal skills for developing and building relationships
High Work Effort is a standard
Good People person, must be able to connect with co-workers and clients
Motivated to succeed

Salary - depending on experience GBP40 to GBP50K Plus Car allowance Neg
Commission 10% on the account while employed here once targets achieved
