Our client is looking for a Control Group Clerk

Your role involves meticulously handling and overseeing all operational activities, ensuring strict compliance with company policies. The day shift schedule is Sunday to Thursday 10:00 19:00 (can be changed by an hour or so)

Your Role
You'll be the guardian of live network activities, guaranteeing adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies. Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales to elevate client satisfaction to new heights. Your Responsibilities
Uphold and ensure the functionality of Company Operations, aligning consistently with established procedures to maintain compliance.
Demonstrate a consistently professional demeanor with all staff, actively implementing and upholding company policies at all times.
Adhere rigorously to company policies, consistently aligning actions and decisions with the established guidelines.
Oversee and evaluate existing Quality Control procedures to ensure their compliance and effectiveness.
Promptly report any identified ineffective procedures to the relevant Department Manager for resolution.
Collaborate closely with Department Managers and Supervisors to address specific requirements.
Engage in daily monitoring of activities within the LHR Operations group (Warehouse / Transport / Imports / Exports).
Work collaboratively within the LHR Control Tower team, contributing to daily operations and fostering the development and implementation of customer-centric operational policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences
Specialist (Biopharm) Courier Operations Experience.
Customer Service Experience.
Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
Excellent understanding of World Geography.
Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability.
Ability to work successfully under pressure.
Excellent time management skills.
Good computer skills, Word / Excel / PowerPoint essential.

Salary GBP21K to GBP30K depending on experience
