We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to work for established company in a busy environment. Ideally Courier experience

As a Customer Service Agent, you will liaise to provide product/services information. Answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that customers accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.

· Ability to communicate professional in a clear manner with customers and internal colleagues by telephone and email.
· Deal with situations where the customer expectations have not been met and achieving an outcome that gives the customer a positive impression of the business.
· Dealing with telephone queries.
· Update service level reports for customers.
· Checking the delivery status of shipments using in House Systems.
· Update service level reports for customers.

Experience needed.
· Minimum of 2 years experience within a Customer Service Environment.
· Courier industry experience advantage.
· Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative along with a can-do attitude.
· Good Communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good IT skills including Excel.
· Used to working in a busy environment.

Monday to Friday 9.5.30pm
21 days Holiday
