Our client is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Advisor with a Freight Forwarding background. Minimum of 3 years experience.
The role will involve
Dealing with emails and phone calls from clients
Looking after high profile customers that can be difficult
Booking DHL/FEDEX/UPS shipments
You will also be involved in using the Warehouse Management System.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good IT skills, High level of Numeracy and Literacy, patience and the ability to provide an excellent service.
Ideally you will have a valid CO Security Certificate
The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary GBP23K to GBP30K depending on previous experience
