Our client is looking to recruit a Freight Customer Service/ Telesales individual, who will deliver high quality outcomes, and can develop the business, in a positive, motivated manner.

Role Involves:
· Liaising with customers and ensuring they are pleased with service provided.
· Contacting and researching new customers to gain more business.
· Working with the manager and completing weekly reports.
· Face to Face meetings with existing & new customers
· Contacting customers by phone on a regular basis.
· Meeting daily targets.

Experience needed.
· Previous experience and knowledge of customer service and telesales.
· Industry knowledge advantage.
· Willingness to learn.
· Good Communication skills.
· Computer Literate including MS Word, Excel and Gmail.
· Good communication skills.
· Attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as working within a team environment.

Due to location Car Driver needed. Also, a full 5-year background check & DBS check needed.

Salary depends on experience. Commission paid.
Monday to Friday.
