Location - Teesside Industrial Estate TS17
What does the job involve?
Customer Services (taking calls/making calls/advising/updating)
General Administration + Data entry
Light/medium manual handling of express shipments when it comes checking the orders.
Relabeling shipments and getting these ready to be allocated in the designated place
Dealing with customer enquiries, problem solving and responding to ad-hoc situations in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
An all-good rounder who wants to work, keen to learn and responsible.
Previous customer service experience; would be a great advantage.
Great communication and organisational skills.
IT skills (knowledge of excel, word and outlook).
