First Class Freight & Logistics leading provider is now seeking for an enthusiastic Freight Operator with great interpersonal skills and strong customer services ethos! Involved with the following;
Managing all aspects of the Ocean Feight Import/Export process.
Obtain and communicate, internally/externally to ensure correct measures are in place and customer needs are met. Liaise between suppliers, forwarders and agents to obtain up to date
shipment information. Provide transport with all info required to meet clientelle's requirements/expectations. Ensuring correct documentation is on file and act accordingly as set out in the instructions.Maintaining files ensuring they are costed and billed in accordance with procedures provided by management. Covering the export side when required.
Skills -Requirements:
Ocean & Air Freight Forwarding experience
Operations & Csutomer services
Able to promote the Company's services wherever possible
Great communication & interpersonal skills
Other:
Salary Band: GBPNegotiable
