Overview
Responsible for daily Freight operational tasks to be completed and provide full customer care to meet expectations.
Duties
Handling internal & external customer calls
Operationally involved.
International & UK transport
Planning Imports/Exports
Track/Trace shipments
Dealing with 3rd party suppliers/subcontractors
CNS entries
Dealing with customer queries and problem solving
Updating customer on a regular basis with the status of their shipments
Assisting with other duties deemed by Management.

An enthusiastic, reliable, team player looking to take a full-time position.
Hard-working, approachable, and dedicated. Willing to learn new skills to complement the experience already gained and make an excellent addition to the already successful business team.
IT Literate, able to use own initiative with great customer services mentality!
Previous experience/knowledge.
Experience/knowledge of the transport logistics, UK and international.
1 -3 years Freight Operational processing experience (ideal)
