Export Freight Forwarder is needed! Freight Livestock Specialist is inviting all Exports Forwarders who would be interested in this opening.This is for the AIR & SEA Export Department; you will be dealing with all General Cargo (Air & Sea) and Pets Exports; a plus for definate animal lovers!
Snapshot of duties;
The role in few words entails; customer quotations, liaising with airlines, shipping lines, 3rd part logistics providers, completion of AWB, bills of lading, export entries and other freight administration. Providing quality, efficient and effective services to the highest standards of excellence and at the most cost-effective ways. As the service level is number 1 priority, attention to detail and able to prioritise is a must to compliment all operations.
Requirements;
Minimum 2-3 years experience in FREIGHT FORWARDING EXPORTS
Previous experience of Sea freight Exports will be an advantage otherwise training will be provided.
Willing to pitch in where necessary but main focus will be on Exports.
IT used: ASM Sequoia/Gems, CHIEF,BOXTOP,DESTIN 8,CNS.
Due to the movement of livestock, flexible approach to the working day, be prepared to cover early starts and for call outs on Saturday, you will get guaranteed time back in lieu. This is kept to the minimum although so all good.
Full driving licence.
Great bunch of skills will make you the favourite!
