We are working with a Medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air, Sea Business Development Manager

Increasing sales within Air, Sea Road ,Customs Sales.

Roles includes:
· Negotiating and influencing skills.
· Ability to generate new leads.
· Ability to generate new business.
· Face to Face Client Meetings.
· Interacting with all levels of contacts within small, medium, and large customers.
· To look at solutions that will maximise profit.
· Ability to meet the Companys business needs and plans.
· Understanding of operational processes.

· Previous Air and Sea Freight Forwarding sales experience is a MUST.
· Proven sales experience.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
· Customer focused mentality.
· Stable career history.
· Well organised and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Target Driven.
· Team Player
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Driving licence with car.

This role is a Remote role, so can be based anywhere in UK. Monday to Friday 8.30am -17.30pm.
Salary depends on experience, plus 10% commission on GP., Plus car allowance.
