Import Operations Clerk 4on/4off Lates/Nights

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Night shift located in the Slough area.
Responsibilities:
- Creating job files and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing shipments including information such as dates, shipment weight and contents.
- Organise import clearances, along with Defra entries and ensuring we have the correct paperwork regarding the movement of goods.
- Arranging collections with our transport team
- Receiving and returning phone calls
Requirements:
- An understanding of Air Imports
- Must be a team player
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Strong communication and prioritising skills
- IT knowledge, must be proficient with excel
- Knowledge of ASM system is a bonus
- A working knowledge and experience with the perishable sector would be a bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off, late/night shift, flexible start time between 4pm & 7pm ( Example - 4pm - 4am or 7pm - 7am )
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 depending on experience
