Flexibility and adaptability, along with having great attention to detail. Previous experience in Transport Logistics or Freight Forwarding will gain you the extras. Salary Band GBP23,000-GBP25,000.
Overall duties but not limited to:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
Track and trace of customer shipments. Provide solutions and initiative and understand customers need to improve customer experience.
Work with the operations department to ensure smooth flow of deliveries.
Verbal & email correspondence with clients. Following up requests/orders. Ensuring proper implementation of organization's procedures and policies, new services, products, and systems.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong Customer Services.
Proficiency in MS office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Attention to detail is paramount.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Responsible; self-motivated; reliable and punctual.
Positive attitude towards work/colleagues.
