To qualify entry;
Ocean Freight Forwarding proven track record.Strong in Imports.Commercial awareness
Primary focus on exceeding expectations.Peoples motivator; great interpersonal skills
Offering great enthusiasm and sound customer services.Manage changes and deal with ambiguity!!
The role entails;
Ocean Customer Services -Point of Freight & Logistics Contacts.
Receiving and validating customer orders as per requirements.
Responding to Customers in timely and efficient manner.
Issuing shipments and handling instructions to operations support centre.
Document checking in readiness for shipment processing and checking and acceptance of customer instruction.
Release of documents /cargo for delivery and/or shipment.
Dealing with enquiries, solving problems, advising solutions and increasing customer satisfaction.
Proactive, regular contact and follow ups.
Retaining and improving customer relationships.
Ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.
