Part time opportunity available for you now; to become the face of this well-established Logistics Service Centre.Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm with excellent pay structure and amazing benefits your way!
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally. Mainly responsible for imaging the documentation during the outbound sort (training will be provided). Covering reception, internal/external emails, and providing great customer services face to face or on the phone.This role is diverse requiring a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem- solving skills. You must be an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to build up effective relationships in order to deliver great service quality and enhance their customer experience. To remain calm under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve any problems which may arise.
