We are working with a Medium Freight Forwarder, who are looking to recruit 2 x Pricing Executives.
We are looking for individuals with previous experience of providing quotes to customers and overseas agents within Freight Forwarding. Knowledge of Air, Road, and Ocean Imports advantage.
Role Involves:
· Quoting the best prices to customers and agents.
· Ensure a strong rapport is kept with customers and agents.
· Chasing for feedback, to improve on rates and services.
· Negotiating rates with airlines, agents, and hauliers.
· Ensure the quotes are handed over to the operations team after a booking.
· Ensure working to compliantly with AEO and compliance procedures.
· Ensure all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded/ added to Box top.
· Assist other staff members when required.
· Ensure that a clear and comfortable communication line is kept with the customer.
Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
