Purchase Ledger Clerk

Paying up to £35,000 per year. 

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Hybrid Working – Birmingham Offices. 

Immediate Start Available.

 

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a Global Freight organisation, working on a hybrid basis. 

 

There is the opportunity to join on an immediate start. 

 

Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Receive, check and verify incoming purchase invoices.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve purchase invoice errors and queries. 
  • Entering relevant data onto systems.
  • Passing correct invoices for payment. 
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Looking at billings, costs and checking accruals. 

 

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working in Finance with experience in Bookkeeping who possesses strong IT skills.
