Purpose of role
To work as part of a team in the Reservations Department. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business
Responsibilities
· Dealing with inbound call enquiries
· Quoting for air, road and courier shipments, imports, exports and cross trade.
· Liaising with airlines for spot rates
· Keeping Box top up to date with latest information
· Keeping Airline Rates up to date
· Liaising with external sales staff
· Quote follow up
· Filing
Monday to Friday 37.5hrs a week
