We are working with a medium forwarder who looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.
The role is working closely with the Sales, Operations teams, delivering excellent Customer Service to all customers.
If you like being on the phones, then this role could be for you. Confident personality, as speaking to all levels of personnel.

Will consider a trainee who has a keen interest in sales

Role Involves:
· Updating customers with milestone updates via TMS System.
· Speaking with customers over the phone and building and maintaining good relationships.
· Speaking with Suppliers/Airlines/Shipping lines over the phone and email for updates and maintaining existing relations, this may involve face to face meetings.
· Updating and managing track and trace system.
· Responible for ensuring all documentation is collated for external audit, including invoices, proof of delivery, shipping documentation, certification of origin and VAT documentation.
· Maintaining and managing social media platforms.
· Creating and sending mailshots.
· New Business Lead Finder.
· Going to customer meetings with account managers.
Experience:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Numerate with accurate attention to detail, including ability to accurately enter data.
· Good Knowledge of Office 365 suite including Teams.
· Linked in / Social Media experience.
· Good organisation skills.
· Used to speaking to all level of personnel.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
