Trainee Export Gateway Clerk required to join established, friendly forwarder.
Candidates will learn Airfreight operations from start to finish:
Cutting/Creating Air Waybills
Export Entries
Liaising with customers, airlines and other company branches
Arranging deliveries/collections
As part of the gateway team there would be a need for some overtime on a Friday an hour or two and some Saturday work, all this once training has been completed and they are up and running in the role. - Overtime will be paid accordingly
Ideally the candidate would have knowledge of what the Freight Forwarding industry is about.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary is cGBP21k - GBP22k
