Our client is looking for an experienced Transport Planner to joing their busy team
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 and 07.00 - 16.00 on a weekly rotation
Occasional overtime available at weekends Duties:
Data entry into Boxtop and generating relevant documents
Quoting customers
Interact with clients and suppliers by phone and email
Contact suppliers for transport cost
Document filing
Process incoming and outgoing freight on our scheduled services
Despatch domestic road freight through our fleet of 5 vehicles and subcontractors
Profile/requirements
Highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude
Domestic road freight experience
International road freight experience is welcome
Computer literate (MS applications)
Boxtop experience (ideally)
Driving license
CRB and 5 years work history check
