OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00ph

£8.50per hour – Min 3 month Temp contract

Based in Atherstone (CV9)

We have a new temporary vacancy for an OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINSITRATOR, to work in the Atherstone area, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible on this). This role is for approximately 3 months though could be extended based on the candidate and business needs.

Offering a salary of £8.50ph, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (can be flexible) and based in Atherstone (CV9)

Joining a small office environment the position of OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINSITRATOR will be to assist in various office administration duties such as:

  • Creating PO numbers
  • Matching PO numbers with costings
  • Chasing POD’s from customers
  • Raising sales invoices and checking all costs
  • Updating systems and spreadsheets
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Data Entry, office filing etc
  • Basic credit control
  • Meeting & greeting visitor to site
  • Assisting colleagues with everyday office duties.

This role is suited to a candidate with excellent communication skills, a team player who is willing to learn and assist colleagues in all areas of work and who has good IT skills. Someone who has gained experience of working in an office before and can learn new ways of working quickly.
