What does the job involve?
Providing excellent customer services overall.
Dealing with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Communicating face to face, over the phone and via email.
Covering general administrative and operational tasks.
Managing the the day to day workload and problem solving.
Acting as Service Centre Receptionist when necessary.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong IT skills
Great Team Player
Good interpersonal skills
Customer Service and/or Administrative experience would be advantageous
