This vacancy is based in Berkshire and they are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a stunning Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilites;
Ensure all preparation is to the specification is required
Ensure all recipes and preparation are met
Respond in a proactive manner to the head chef
Prepare food in a first pace
Ensure Tmep, seasoning and flavours are met
Ensure any problems or concerns are told to the sous or head chef
Ensure all Food storage is correct
Take reasonable care to reduce food waste
Comply and implement all Health and Safety requirements
Comply with allergen requirements
Comply with COSHH requirements
Lead by example
Prasie and recognise good performance
Good verbal skills
Have experience in working in Hotels
Demonstrate working with problems and how you deal with them
Promote a positive perception of the company
Salary is starting from 23.5K - 25K depending on experience.
Shifts will be a mixture of split shifts, weekends and bank holidays will need to be worked.
