Head Pastry Chef
What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting guests:
You will be responsible for managing the pastry kitchen. This will include training, developing and recruiting talent, working closely with senior chefs, and liaising with local product farmers and suppliers for seasonal ingredients all to ensure guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes the guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, bespoke products and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the Head Pastry Chef.
