INVOICE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR – 6 MONTH CONTRACT

£20,000 TO £22,000 - Immediate Start is available

6 Month Contract

Hours of work Monday to Friday 08.30am – 5.00pm

Birmingham Based

We are working with an organisation based just outside of Birmingham City centre who have an opening for a INVOICE CLERK ADMINSITRATOR, to work on a 6 month contract and offering an immediate start

The duties will include:

  • Checking high volumes of sales invoices
  • Checking Shipping rates and costings against files
  • Querying rates with shipping lines, airlines and/or overseas agents when discrepancies
  • Auditing a high volume of invoices from suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Checking all invoice details thoroughly
  • Passing correct invoices for payment
  • Updating spreadsheets and reports regarding rates and carrier costings

This role requires a candidate who has worked with high volumes of invoices, possesses a keen eye for detail and strong administrational skills, and is methodical in their approach, with excellent attention to detail.
