AUTOMOTIOVE/FLEET CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Up to £28,000 per annum

We have a new exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANGER who has previously worked in Automotive, Leasing or Fleet car industry.
The position requires a Customer Service Manager who is able to lead and motivate a team, ensure standards and compliance are met, recruit and appraise staff, monitor performance as well as being a team player.
The role will be to manage and lead a small and busy team of Customer Service Operators/ Call handlers as well as being actively involved in the day to day operation. Speaking with customers and updating records, arranging car repairs and replacements – communicating with 3rd parties.
Offering a salary of up to £28,000, working Monday to Friday 09.00am – 5.30pm and based in Birmingham (B37)
