Job Description

Export Branch Documenation Officer

The position will be based in 2 locations in Middlesex so the successful candidate must be a driver with transport.The main responsibilities are listed below:

Check, certify and issue ATA Carnets, Arab Documents, EC Documents and Customs Documents as required
Record all sales in CRM and report to finance team in line with internal procedures
Be responsible for managing stationary and daily maintenance of stock
Promote Export Documents
Deal with queries and give advise on Export Documentation procedures
Maintain customer liaison to ensure high quality, responsive, service at all times
Cover other branches when required
You will be strong customer focused and have a very high level of communication skills. Be IT literate and be polite and friendly at all times over the phone and face to face. Must have excellent Export Documentation experience and ATA Carnets knowledge will be an advantage.
