Inbound Customer Support Rep x 2 - 6 month contract -
· Receive the delivery/ release instruction by phone or (where approved) via email
· Import the deliveries/ release into group mainframes system and ensure that any special instructions are complied with, for example:
Out of Gauge
· Answer incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders. Handle all incoming Service Requests, forwarding bookings to Customer Support Centre. Carry out of any amendments, ensuring correct data input into internal systems, correct routing is applied as per guidelines and vessel schedules. Carry out booking cancellations, ensure correct charges are advised to customer if applicable. Ensure the correct procedures are followed when processing Reefer and OOG bookings. Assist other countries with the placing of Intra-Europe bookings from UK. Ensure the correct feeder vessel is selected with feasible connection to the Mother Vessel and without incurring quay rent charges. Chase any missing Dangerous Goods Declarations and container numbers for Merchant Haulage bookings as well as Customs Entries for all bookings Ensure any shipment rolls are completed and communicated to the relevant internal & external parties and wherever required, fees communicated and invoiced to the customer. All relevant updates to be completed
· Maintain a professional attitude whilst communicating with clients to promote the group as a world class shipping company as well as selling our online services to customers
