In few words;
You will be covering all aspects of Airfreight Export Operations.
Taking bookings and processing these accordingly.
Liaison with Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd Party Logistics.
Establishing routing & rating.
Pre-alerts/Flight details/Export entries.
MAWB, HAWB, Manifests & Labels.
Arranging collection & delivery of goods.
Problem solving, dealing with enquiries and customer services all around.
Updating Customers with the status of their shipments and providing a service second to none!
Skills/Requirements:
5+ years in Airfreight Export Operational cycle -Essential
Great interpersonal skills and enjoys in providing true customer services at all levels.
Flexible, meeting tight deadlines, able to use own initiative and getting the job done!
Involved in depth with Air Exports and covering Air Imports as and when required.

Salary Band: GBP25,000-GBP30,000
