Due to company growth our client is looking to add Freight Office Administrators to thier fantastic team
Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Administration experience ideally within the Freight industry.
Must have a good understanding of the world and time zones.
· Liaising with overseas buyers and partners
· Dealing with orders from when placed by the buyer to collating the POs that will be required
· Understanding customers local requirements for documentation - shipping and associated docs
· General administration
PC Literate a must
have good word and excel skills and must be a good communicator via phone and email
Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary is between GBP19,000 - GBP23,000 depending on experience
