Courier Customer Service Agent

Job Description

The role is to aid and assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation. Processing consignments via email, telephone and online booking portal. Courier/Freight shipments including Import and Export.

Previous experience desirable at the higher salary. Would also consider someone with office customer service experience at the lower salary.

Providing clients with continuous status updates flight and customs delays, track and trace, pod's etc.

Car driver due to company location

The hours are: Monday to Friday - shift on rotation: 06:00-15:00 & 10:00-19:00 (1 week early/1 week late). Bank Holidays covered on rotation / occasional weekend cover required.

Salary between GBP18K and GBP27K
