Courier Customer Service Clerk required to join busy in-house specialist department

This position is working a 09-00am - 5.30 4on-4off days

You will have a strong Courier Customer Services background and be confident in the following :

Tracking & Tracing shipments
Dealing with Customers
Providing Quotations
Monitoring Job alarms
Arrange deliveries
will have

2-3 years Courier C/S experience
Good geography knowledge
PC Literate
Ideally come from a Time Critical background (Preferred)
