Courier Customer Service Agent x2 required to join busy courier team within a niche market.
Ideally suited for someone with Express Courier Customer Service experience.
You will have worked in a similar role for around 2 years plus and be confident in duties as listed below:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
To receive on-line / phone job orders from clients, and set up the job accordingly (which includes routing, classifying of service type, packaging requirements, establishing a deadline and printing the job order).
To despatch collection requests Provide Export Instructions to Exports/Service Partner where applicable
To assist in providing clients with continuous notification and follow-up (which includes flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, resolutions, etc).
Works well unsupervised and under pressure.
Is confident when dealing with clients.
Create a positive work environment.
Strong team player.
Monday to Friday - possibly as slight shift maybe required.
Salary cGBP23000-25000 doe
