CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
INTERNATIONAL COURIER INDUSTRY
Hours of work: 9.30 - 6 with 1 saturday morning in 12 weeks (not essential)
Our client based near Heathrow is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent who may have international courier experience however non industry candidates with customer service experience will also be considered.
Essential requirements for the position are an excellent telephone manner and IT skills. Ideally you will have worked in a similar position for a minimum of 1-2 years
· Answering the telephone
· Responding to emails
· Taking customer bookings
· Arranging insurance
· Liaising with service providers
· Handling customers queries and complaints
· Providing quotes
· Updating AIMS with PODS and any handling reports
