Courier Customer Service Clerk required to join this well established, growing Courier agent

Monitor & track international courier consignments.
Deal with customers and overseas agents via phone, email and IT system.
Resolving problems and dealing with all types of customer service issues.
Maintain service levels and completing service standard reports.
Advising customers on service standards, transit times and customs related issues.
General office administration duties.
Excellent customer service skills
you will have worked in a similar position, 2 years +
to Friday
Salary range depending experience cGBP18k-GBP21k
