Customer Service Executive - Monday to Friday Shifts

Job Description

We are working with an established Courier Organisation, based near Heathrow.
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Executive, you will be first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
This role is working a mixture of shifts in a week Monday to Friday.
Shifts are.
8am - 5pm
9am - 6pm
10am - 7pm
11am - 8pm

Role involves:
· Answering the telephone, responding to emails.
· Taking customer bookings.
· Arranging insurance
· Liaising with service providers
· Handling customers queries and complaints.
· Providing Quotes
· Updating PODS and any handling reports.
· Contacting customers for commercial invoices.
· Contacting customers or agents when there is a problem with the collection or delivery.

Experience needed:
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Extensive geographic knowledge
· Working knowledge of domestic and international travel
· Good Word and Excel knowledge
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Any Courier experience advantage.
